Kip Glass


Mr. Glass has been in the construction industry for over twenty years. His experience includes site work for the construction of subdivision streets, commercial sites, utilities, secondary roadways, major highways and bridges. He has performed at every level of construction, from laborer, operator, superintendent to Owner/President. He is experienced and well-versed in all phases of site construction.

Chris Sims, P.E.


Mr. Sims is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia. He was an engineering consultant for over twelve years before joining K.P. Glass Construction Inc. in 2006. He has experience with all aspects of site design and construction including residential subdivisions, commercial sites, public and private roads, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, erosion control, and stormwater management.

Andy Lohr

General Superintendent

Mr. Lohr joined K.P. Glass Construction Inc. in 2001 as an operator. Since that time he has held numerous positions within the Company. He has over many years of experience in estimating and project management and in 2017 took on the new position of General Superintendent. He has an extensive knowledge of the construction industry with over 17 years experience in all phases of Sitework.  His strong technical background coupled with his leadership and organizational skills make him a valuable asset to any project.

Greg Vig

Estimator/Project Manager

Mr. Vig joined K.P. Glass Construction Inc. in 2014. He has an extensive knowledge of the construction industry with over 14 years of estimating and project management experience.

Lewis H. Murray

Utility Superintendent

Mr. Murray joined K.P. Glass Construction Inc. in October 2007. He has an extensive knowledge of the utility construction industry with over 40 years experience in all phases of utility construction. He has held positions from laborer, to foreman, to superintendent and has extensive experience in working with local government on utility construction projects.  His strong technical knowledge of water and sewer systems makes him a valuable asset to any project.
